This piece is incredibly special, as it is crafted carefully with the wings of a stunning blue morpho butterfly. This species of butterfly is native to the Amazon rainforest, and it is most often seen  during the brightest parts of the day along the forest floor or soaring through the rainforest layers in search of a mate. Their wings appear holographic: bright electric blue from some angles, and a deeper indigo/violet from other angles. They are truly spectacular. This piece is named Aurora after the goddess of the dawn. It is infused with my highest magick and is intended to bring celestial energy, faery magick, and a sense of serenity and wildness to whatever space it comes into. Each element of this piece is hand-collected and pressed/preserved by me. This piece contains cedar tips, lavender, lantana, friendship sage, pansy, goldleaf, and the gorgeous wings of the blue morpho butterfly.
 
This moth was purchased from a sustainable butterfly sanctuary. This beautiful creature was collected after passing away naturally, and is now honored and cherished forever.
