~*~*~Cicada Deva~*~*~This piece was created in honor of the Cicada Deva. A Deva is a wild, ethereal force of nature. They are the unseen spiritual energy that is responsible for the thriving life of the physical natural world and the creatures in it. Since ancient times, cicadas have been symbols of resurrection, ecstasy, and spiritual enlighenment/cosmic understanding. The vibrations they create are said to be divine voices of the great celestial spirit! Having this Cicada Deva in your home brings prosperity, spiritual guidance, and according to the ancient chinese: lots of good luck!
Each element of this piece is hand-collected and pressed/preserved by me. This piece contains daisy petals, wildflowers, lantana, angel's breath, rose petals, eucalyptus, cicada wings (collected ethically from the wild after a storm in which they died naturally!), and goldleaf.

Cicada Deva
-Not for outdoor placement, keep indoors to avoid water damage.-
Best to keep away from direct sunlight, as the plants will fade over time if placed in a window! The fading of plants is natural and does not take away from their beauty, but rather reminds us of the constant change in life. If you are okay with this, then a window is fine. But keep in mind--the colors will stay forever if kept away from direct strong light.
