~*~*~Woodland Nymph~*~*~
This piece radiates woodland autumnal beauty. The crisp air, the leaves rustling, the bark crunching beneath your feet. May it invoke a feeling of release, tranquility, and thoughtfullness as you reflect on growth, letting go, and how these two things are intrinsically intertwined.
This piece contains fern, pansy, rose, autumn leaves, queen anne's lace, goldleaf, owl butterfly wings (Caligo memnon), and two pairs of wings of a small Andean butterfly (species unknown).
These butterflies have unique and special stories. The owl butterfly was found by my mother as she was flying out of Colombia. She found it passed away on the floor of the airport security line--how peculiar! The wings are in great condition but slightly tattered as a sign of its natural wear (please see photos). The two smaller butterflies were found on my grandmother's farm in the Colombian Andes after a heavy storm. All creatures were collected after their natural passing and are now honored and cherished forever.

-Not for outdoor placement, keep indoors to avoid water damage.-
Best to keep away from direct sunlight, as the plants will fade over time if placed in a window! The fading of plants is natural and does not take away from their beauty, but rather reminds us of the constant change in life. If you are okay with this, then a window is fine. But keep in mind--the colors will stay forever if kept away from direct strong light.
