This vintage frame was hand-selected, taken apart, and re-purposed by me. All plants and wings are glued directly onto handcut mirror and then covered with glass for protection and shine!

This piece contains multiple fern varieties, wild purple salvia, daisy, rose, goldleaf, a monarch wing found after a storm, the wings of a small andean butterfly found on my grandmother's farm in Colombia after passing from natural causes, and a blue morpho butterfly in the center. 

This blue morpho butterfly was purchased from a sustainable butterfly sanctuary. These beautiful creatures were all collected after passing away naturally, and are now honored and cherished forever.
